Meet Your Physician
Tommy C.G. McElroy, MD is a board‑certified family physician with fellowship training in primary care sports medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed both residency and fellowship through the USF–Morton Plant Mease program.
Dr. McElroy has served as Assistant Professor at USF, team physician for multiple collegiate and professional sports organizations, and President of Echelon‑Health Concierge Medicine since 2012.

We limit our panel size to ensure same‑day appointments, extended visits, and direct communication with your physician. Your health deserves time, attention, and continuity.

Dr. Tommy McElroy has spent his career caring for individuals and families throughout Tampa Bay. His approach is personal, practical, and relationship‑driven. By limiting the number of patients in the practice, he is able to offer same‑day appointments, extended visits, and direct communication without the barriers of traditional systems.
